Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Team Management Lead, coach, and motivate project team members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Stakeholder Communication Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Risk Management Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Budget Management Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Quality Assurance Monitor and ensure the quality of project deliverables, adhering to the highest standards.
- Reporting Track project milestones and deliverables, prepare status reports, and present to senior management.
- Process Improvement Continuously identify and implement improvements to project management processes and methodologies.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the insurance or fintech industries.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to manage diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or similar are highly preferred.
