We are looking for a Social Media Content Lead who can bridge the gap between deep tech (AI, ML, APIs) and compelling executive narratives. You will own our brand voice across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and medium-form platforms, turning complex technical engineering into highly engaging, authoritative social media content that speaks directly to insurance executives, partners, and tech leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Development: Own the Content Calendar: Plan, write, and execute a consistent weekly social media schedule primarily focusing on LinkedIn and X.
- Translate Tech into Stories: Work closely with our founders, developers, and product teams to break down our AI models, digital transformation frameworks, and case studies into clear, scannable, and engaging hooks and posts.
- Format & Visual Direction: Ideate simple visual assets (carousels, infographics, text-only breakdowns) that highlight our value proposition (e.g., modernizing legacy insurance systems, reducing processing friction).
- Engage the Industry: Actively monitor insurtech, fintech, and AI trends to map our commentary to trending topics. Interact with industry voices to grow Quantique’s organic footprint.
- Founder Brand Building: Help ghostwrite thought leadership posts for our leadership team to position them as authoritative experts in the insurtech space.
What We Are Looking For
- The B2B Edge: 2+ years of experience writing specifically for B2B SaaS, Insurtech, Fintech, or Deep-Tech companies. Purely consumer-facing (B2C) lifestyle writing won't fit this role.
- Tech-Fluent: You don’t need to code, but you shouldn't be afraid of words like "APIs," "Predictive Analytics," "Legacy Modernization," or "Low-Code." You know how to ask engineers the right questions.
- Master of the Hook: You know how to structure a social media post so it stops the scroll. You understand whitespace, compelling headlines, and clear value statements.
- Self-Starter Mentality: We are an agile, engineering-first environment. We need someone who can take a rough concept or an implementation success story (like a client integration) and run with it independently.
Bonus Points If You Have
- A portfolio showing successful LinkedIn growth or technical carousels you personally designed or directed.
- Experience writing long-form content like case studies, whitepapers, or technical blogs that were repurposed for social media.
